Our services are owned and operated by Lappy Maker. Users have the privilege to avail of all of our services, given the condition that they comply with all of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.

Lappy Maker enjoys the right to make modifications or replace any of the Terms of Use when we find fit. And these modifications will always be updated on the Site. Users are advised to take the initiative and periodically check the Terms for Use for any changes. We will assume that you have given consent to these Terms and Services when you continue to access our services.

Service Terms

• The repair will be carried out for parts approved by the customers. If additional repair is required, then the price estimate will be intimated through a call to the customer.
• In the event of any Laptop or MacBook component being replaced, the previously used component becomes the property of the Lappy Maker, who retains full authority to either discard or offer it for sale.
• Though the pick-and-drop services are free, they are likely to be charged Rs 300 per visit when you make numerous appointments for pick-up on the pretext of getting a free diagnosis but not opting for our repair services.
• The decision to get your laptop repaired and the transmission of your approval/disapproval to avail of our services to us has to reach us within a week's time.
• The official receipt of approval for repair has to be shown when you will come and collect your laptop.
• Lappy Maker is not responsible for the loss of data and therefore cannot be held responsible for the same.

Submission & Collection

• Lappy Maker holds no responsibility the laptops that are not collected within 15 days of submission, both in the case of non-repair and repaired laptops. Customers have to take the initiative and claim their property back.
• In case of any emergency, customers can contact the Officials and ask to keep their property. But, after a month, the customer will be liable to pay 100/- INR a day as rent to keep their property on the Lappy Maker’s Professional Space.
• Lappy Maker has the right to dispose of the laptops that have not been claimed after the repair. Owners of their respective gadgets are responsible to collect their property after their given date.

Customer’s Responsibility

• It is the responsibility of a customer to check their Laptop properly regarding any dents, scratches or damage before handing it over to us. Lappy Maker is not responsible for the displacement of the parts of the laptop that were taken into our possession at the time of submission.
• We do take all the necessary measures to keep your property in the same condition as it was submitted, moreover, we always make our customers sign over their property for later identification. The sole responsibility lies with the customer to check it at the time of submission and also at the time of collection.

• Lappy Maker is an independent service provider which deals with the repairs of MacBooks and Laptops. We repair the devices with High-Quality Spare Parts.
• All warranties are covered only with Lappy Maker.
• All the goods are delivered against receipt of payment either online or offline mode.
• Parts replaced by Lappy Maker will become the property of Lappy Maker.
• Defective replaced parts falling under the warranty period during the course of repair are not going to be returned to the customer.

Payment Terms

• The cost of payment will be determined by the service rendered.
• Estimation of the total amount chargeable will be intimated after the diagnosis.
• The payment can be made in both online and offline modes.
• Taxes apply to all our services.
• As soon as your device is repaired and ready to be collected, payment has to be made at the time of collection of your device.

Under the following conditions, no warranty is extended

Battery

• In cases of excessive or overnight charged batteries.
• In case of swollen batteries.
• In the case where the battery was being charged using a non-OEM charger or adapter.
• If the battery is burnt, it will be considered as physical damage. Lappy Maker is not liable to offer any warranty.

Speakers

• The Warranty on the speakers can not be claimed if the speaker is producing a distorted sound or Buzzing Sound. Under this, the customer is liable for the damage.

Warranty Stickers

• Lappy Maker puts on its own small sticker on the back of the laptop. No Warranty can be claimed if the Sticker is removed or the sticker is not in the condition as it was placed.

Other Criteria where warranties cannot be claimed

• In cases of additional repairs which fall outside the purview of the approved repairs.
• In cases of accidental breakage and damage.
• In cases of water damage.
• In instances of pressure damage.
• In cases where the device has been exposed to extreme conditions or due to the negligence of the owner.

License and Site Access

Lappy Maker assumes that users if you have consented then you would also agree not to

• Lappy Maker prohibits its users from making any personal use of the site and our services, which may encompass downloading, copying, caching, inserting unauthorized hyperlinks to the site, uploading, posting or transmitting materials that might contain software viruses.
• Utilize the site and its content for any commercial purpose.
• Make any speculative, false, or fraudulent transactions.
• Access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Site using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Site or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Site.
• Frame 'mirror' or otherwise incorporate any part of this Site into any other website without our prior written authorization.
